Armed with her passion for continuous learning, Renetchie B. Martinez finished Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at Mindanao State University, Fatima,General Santos City, Philippines in 2019. She has been a recipient of international awards, an international invited researcher and a peer reviewer who values dedication, service and excellence. As an empowered woman, she becomes so passionate about learning and sharing a part of herself for others. She carries the light that pushes everyone unleash his/her potential and be able to share it to everyone. Receiving an award for her hard work is indeed one of her most deeply joyful moments because through it she is able to radiate the heart of excellence to her organization and community. The excellence rating she received through her research presented in Harvard Medical School, Harvard University in 2018 has taught her to embrace humility and compassion . Granted an opportunity to get a short term course in Continuing Education Department, Oxford University in 2019 and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020 were indeed rewards of her perseverance . It inspired her to engage in the team as a Master Coach of the Continuous Improvement projects of more than 75 schools in her province for more than six years. It also motivated Renetchie to serve as a volunteer Parent Mentor to more than 150 parents in Sarangani during the pandemic. Listening to the stories of parents who have been thriving as learning facilitators at home, a learning material translated in the mother tongue of the community was written and one way of empowering parents how smart their kids are. In 2021, she serves as a Learning Facilitator on Transformational Leadership to more than 120 newly installed school heads. With these humbling experiences, she never stops learning and sharing because she is confident that learning knows no boundaries and sharing with a heart is fulfilling. For her, striving for excellence with the right attitude is a manifestation of humanity She believes that sharing her life for others is the truest sense of existence.
