One of my favorite lines is “Do not stop until good becomes better and better becomes best.”
I grew up in a poor family. I got orphan when my mom died of hemorrhage when my younger brother was born. I was three years old then. Finisihing my studies from elementary to college was very tough because my father had a meager income to sustain our needs.I never settled of how poverty felt like because I was a constant honor student until high school. I availed a scholarship in a state university in the nearest city of my home town. Fortunately, I finished my college awarded as “Model Practice Teacher” which was initiated by our class adviser during our practice teaching. I immediately got a work as a casual clerk then, passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers four months after my graduation. I was hired in the Provincial Government of Sarangani-Provincial School Board Teacher 1 in 1999 up to 2009. Then, in September, 2009. I was hired by the Department of Education-Sarangani Division as Secondary teacher of Malungon National High School.
Moreover, in July, 2015, I was promoted from Teacher III to Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning & Research that is a non-teaching position based in the Division Office. One thing that opened an opportunity for me to be given such blessing are my achievements, performance rationgs, research publication and voluntary works to attain the vision of the Department of Education,

My exoeriences in life taught me to develop three Cs: Character,Competence and Commitment. I am aware that I have the qualities to contribute in my organization like hardwork,persistence and optimism . With regards to competence, I don’t stop giving my best shot in every task I am engaged with and I don’t stop learning from others.I grab every opportunity I possibly could for me to improve myself and share it with others. One thing that molded me personally and professionally is my passion to connect with experts. I got the chance to represent my country in the field of research at Oxford University in 2019 and Harvard University in 2018.Further, I am a person who loves commitment because I am passionate, abiding and steadfast in what I do for myself,others and my organization. I love to share and collaborate with others.
