Passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing, creating and launching products and services, I decided to dedicate my time to people who want to open a business or evolve what already exists.

Currently, I work on 4 fronts:

- Entrepreneurial behavior: the way you deal with problems, challenges and possible negative results, determines the energy left to think objectively about the problem, keep the team aligned and reorient strategies

- Align team: solve communication problems, delegate tasks, align expectations of partners (regarding the business, products or services offered and roles of each member), help the team to find complementary professional profiles that help in the development of the work

-Management: assist in defining strategies, assist in decision making and priority setting, assist in time management, implementation of agile project management methods, problem solving

-Innovation: Use of Design Thinking approaches, assistance in building prototypes and testing product / service performance and the viability of the business model (for businesses in the initial phase and for businesses that wish to restructure, or launch new products and services ).
