Dublin, California – Victoria Osborne, a beloved mother, sister, and cherished community figure, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2024.

Known affectionately by nicknames such as "Mrs. Ozzy" and "Icky Vicky," Victoria touched many lives with her warmth and kindness.
