Birmingham, Alabama – Tommy Threlkeld, a respected mechanic and beloved member of the community, passed away on October 3, 2024, at 8:06 P.M.
He was 63 years old.
Born on May 9, 1961, Tommy was known for his expertise as a mechanic and his love for hunting.
His sudden passing has left his family and friends in deep mourning.
Tommy is survived by his children Ashley Threlkeld, Brandon Threlkeld, Shane Pendley, Jason Pendley, and Brandy Lynn, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He also leaves behind his brothers, David Threlkeld, Mason Tidwell, and Mickey Tidwell, and sisters, Barbara Rubley and Ruby Key.
Tommy was preceded in death by his brothers Bradley Tidwell and Danny Threlkeld, and sisters Deannie Threlkeld and Georgia Tidwell.
A visitation will be held in his honor on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. at the Wilson Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel in Carbon Hill, Alabama.
Cheryl Rubley expressed her grief, stating, "There are no words to express what we all are feeling! We love you."
Kelsey Tittle added, "I was just over at his place a few weeks ago… He was great and I really enjoyed our hunting conversations."
Tommy’s legacy will be cherished by all who knew him, and his memory will live on through his family and the many lives he touched.
