Mississauga, Ontario – Stefan Herteg, a beloved father and cherished member of the Mississauga community, passed away on September 27, 2024.
Known for his kindness and dedication to his loved ones, Stefan touched many lives with his passion for salsa dancing and his deep connection to Lakefront Promenade Park, a place that held great significance to him.
In his memory, family and friends plan to donate a bench to the city of Mississauga, placing it in the park where he enjoyed spending time and sharing his love for dance.
Stefan’s passing has left a void in the hearts of those close to him.
Organizer Andrei Kiss, who created a fundraiser in his honor, shared, "On September 27, 2024, our beloved Stefan Herteg passed away. He was a caring friend and father who was always willing to go above and beyond for his loved ones."
Funds from the memorial campaign will go toward purchasing the park bench, with additional proceeds allocated to covering funeral expenses.
