Moorefield, WV – Richard Eugene Turbeville, a devoted father and beloved friend, has tragically passed away, leaving his family and community mourning his loss.
Richard was the father of two sons, Richard Eugene Turbeville II and Elijah Grant Keener, both of whom will carry forward his memory.
