Pueblo, Colorado – Nicholas Edward Grace, a 56-year-old resident of Pueblo, was tragically shot and killed outside a Loaf N’ Jug convenience store on September 26, 2024.
The incident, which occurred at 1104 Pueblo Blvd. Way in the early morning hours, has left the community in shock.
Grace was found in the parking lot by authorities with gunshot wounds following reports of a panic alarm and possible shooting.
The Pueblo County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity.
Local police suggest the shooting may have resulted from an attempted carjacking, though the investigation is ongoing to determine the exact motive.
This unfortunate event marks Pueblo’s 16th homicide of 2024.
