New Hampshire – Levi Frye, a devoted NH Fish & Game Conservation Officer, tragically passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 30.
His sudden death has left his family, friends, and colleagues in deep mourning, and the community he passionately served is feeling an irreplaceable loss.
Levi was a proud graduate of Fall Mountain Regional High School and the University of Maine, dedicating his life to wildlife conservation and law enforcement.
His colleagues at the Laconia Police Department expressed their grief, with one stating, "Officer Frye dedicated his time to serving and protecting the natural resources of New Hampshire, and his commitment to his role in District One will not be forgotten."
Levi’s dedication to his work earned him numerous accolades, including an NH Congressional Law Enforcement Award and recognition as the NECLECA Officer of the Year in 2023.
Friends and acquaintances remembered him fondly through social media tributes.
David Glasberg Jr. shared, "Goodbye to Levi Frye, a protective soul and friend," while Gary Martinelli stated, “I’m so sorry to hear this.”
Levi is survived by his wife, Shannon, and their young son.
A funeral service with Law Enforcement Honors will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Bellevue Barn in Jefferson, NH.
