Katie was born on June 8, 1983, in Blacksburg, Virginia, and was the daughter of Jeffrey Howard Clark and Tammy Michelle Price Cumbee.
She was a graduate of Narrows High School, where she was actively involved in cheerleading, basketball, and volleyball.
Katie was loved by many for her warmth and generosity.
Her two sons, Ayden Scott Meredith and Kolton Ryder Clark, were the center of her world.
Katie is survived by her siblings, step-siblings, grandfathers, and many extended family members.
