Evans Head, NSW – Joshua Scott, a beloved young man from Evans Head, tragically passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, leaving family and friends heartbroken.
Josh’s sudden and unexpected death has sent shockwaves through the community, as he was known for his loyalty, sense of humor, and kind heart.
He attended Evans River High School and worked at the Evans Head Fish Centre, earning the affection and respect of many.
Archie Paddon, a close friend of Josh, organized a GoFundMe campaign to raise $8,000 for Josh’s farewell and to help ease the burden on his grieving family.
In his heartfelt message, Archie shared, "On Saturday the 28th of September, my best mate Josh Scott tragically and unexpectedly passed… Josh was a loveable and loyal friend and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him."
Sandra Paddon also expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support, stating, “Thank you everyone for your kind donations so far towards Josh Scott’s farewell after his tragic passing.”
