Jason Ronald Wooldridge, Beloved Virden Resident, Passes Away at 46, Leaving Community in Mourning

Virden, Manitoba – Jason Ronald Wooldridge, a cherished and respected member of the Virden community, passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 46.

Jason, born on December 10, 1977, was deeply connected to his community and was known for the love and kindness he shared with his family and friends.

While the cause of his death has not been disclosed, his sudden passing has left a significant void in the lives of those who knew him.

A funeral service to honor Jason’s life will be held at the Virden Cemetery on October 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.

Following the service, a celebration of life will take place at the Virden Legion Hall from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., where friends and family will gather to remember and share stories of Jason.

The community has shown an overwhelming outpouring of support and grief, with social media tributes reflecting the deep impact Jason had on those around him.

Scott Wilson noted, “There will be a service for Jason at the Virden Cemetery on October 12th at 1:00 p.m.”

Another friend, Dave Murphy, expressed his sorrow, saying, “Really sorry to hear about this Scott. I really liked working with him.”

Lisha Colley-Knipple added, “So sorry to hear about this. Phil & I are both shocked to hear this and sending condolences to family and friends!”
