Danville, VA – Janel Totten, a cherished member of the community, tragically passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, following a massive heart attack.
She was receiving treatment at Sova Health in Danville at the time of her passing.
Janel had been battling congestive heart failure and other health issues, which unfortunately led to her sudden death.
Her family, including her youngest son Ja’Quan Wagstaff, has been deeply affected by her loss.
Ja’Quan has organized a GoFundMe fundraiser to cover the funeral expenses as Janel did not have a life insurance policy.
Described as a kind-hearted woman with a giving spirit, Janel was known for her willingness to help her family and friends whenever they needed support.
The community has rallied behind the family, with many offering donations and expressing their condolences.
