C. Mike "Scotty" Scott, aged 72, of Benwood, West Virginia, has passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Moundview Health Care Center in Moundsville, WV. Born on June 25, 1952, in Glen Dale, WV, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Elizabeth Mills Scott. Scotty was a retired police officer for the City of Benwood, remembered fondly by his community.
